We strongly encourage all Content developers, Lecturers, and Gurus to verify sources and give credit to the original author as per the copyright laws. Any such violation will result in barring an individual from presenting in the future and removing all published contents from all social media, print, and all published places.
eYogi Gurukul Data Protection Privacy Statement
Anyone involved with organisation have a number of rights in relation to their personal information as per General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable legislations. The organisation respects the rights and privacy of everyone involved with organisation and has developed a policy statement. This Data Protection Statement describes how eYogi Gurukul collect and process the personal data, in relation to the provision of organisations’ activities. Processing of data includes the collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, alteration, use of, retrieval, disclosure or transmission of information.
By enrolling your child in and/or by attending the eYogi Gurukul courses and/ or workshops you acknowledge and agree to the collection and processing of personal information by the organisation. Guardian are required to sign a consent form for permission of using their and their children images, videos and contents produced by them will be handled by the organisation.
Risk Assessment and Child safeguard policy
eYogi Gurukul, a volunteer-based non-profit organisation, is committed to safeguarding the children. Our members and volunteers working with young people throughout the organisation, seek to create a safe environment for young people to grow, develop and enjoy.
We have carried out an assessment of any potential for harm to a child while availing of our services including the area of online safety when accessing the
internet. Below is a list of the areas of risk identified and the list of procedures for managing these risks.
Procedures
Our Child Safeguarding Statement has been developed in line with requirements under the Children First Act 2015, Children First: National Guidance for the Protection and Welfare of Children (2017), and Tusla’s Child Safeguarding: A Guide for Policy, Procedure, and Practice. In addition to the procedures listed in our risk assessment, the following procedures support our intention to safeguard children while they are availing of our service:

Procedure for disclosure of allegations of abuse, bullying including cyber bullying or misconduct;

Procedure for the management of allegations of abuse or misconduct against workers/volunteers of a child availing of our service;

Procedure for the safe recruitment and selection of workers and volunteers to work with children;

Procedure for the reporting of child protection or welfare concerns to Tusla;

Procedure for appointment of Designated Liaison Person.
Implementation
We recognise that implementation is an on-going process. Our service is committed to the implementation of this Child Safeguarding Statement and the procedures that support our intention to keep children safe from harm while availing of our service.
This Child Safeguarding Statement will be reviewed on 31 January 2021, or as soon as practicable after there has been a material change in any matter to which the statement refers.
