My name is Hans and I am 14 years old. I have been attending eYogi classes for the last few months. Here is a summary of what we did in the latest class.

After the roll call, we all sat down and got ready to learn. I learned a lot of things in the class. I learned about ancient Indian music and the true forms of yoga. I also learned about the Bhagwat Gita. First, we started with a demonstration.

In the demonstration Guruji was trying to change one of the legs on the whiteboard. Then he took out the manual and the lesson started. He said that everything in this world has a manual. There is a manual for the whiteboard and likewise a manual to life. This manual is called Bhagwat Gita. He pulled out a pocket Bhagwat Gita. This book had slokas that helped solve everyday problems. If you ever had a problem in life all you had to do was open your manual (the Bhagwat Gita) and find how to fix that problem.

Music in ancient India is sourced to be in the Vedas. The Vedas are first books of Hindu texts. These texts are thought to be written by great Rishis or Indian origin and that they learned when great Rishis sat on meditation. The Vedas were written in Vedic Sanskrit. This is an ancient language that is thought to be the first language ever.

Ancient music in India paved the way for all music that came after. An example of the ancient music can be found in the Samaveda. Lata Mangeshkar was a great Indian musician that we learned about. She had a great voice and was one of the best musicians in India.

These are the things I learned in the recent class, and these lessons will be useful to me in the future.

I am looking forward to future classes. Thanks for reading my blog.
